How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. Then you can then track your order by going to this page - TRACK MY ORDER

When will I get my stuff?

Please allow up to 24-72 hours for your order to process, and an additional3 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 7-16 days. For International orders, please allow up to 7-20 days.

Why does shipping take so long?

Our products are one of a kind and are ​significantly lower priced​ than other competitors on the market. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

If I order multiple items, do they come in the same package?

Sometimes to help to avoid duties and lower the shipping cost we may send the order with separate packages. Please be assured you will receive tracking number for each separate item.
